Any orders purchased Monday-Friday before 3pm (Saturdays before 10am) will be dispatched that day, orders after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Bank Holidays & Weekends are not included as working days.
International deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to additional duties and taxes that you may be required to pay upon your orders arrival in the destination country. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
I advise contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order for more informations about what fees to expect.

If you change your mind
If you wish to return an item please contact email@example.com. The returns address will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your return. Please note that if an order is returned by a customer any postage charges will have to be paid for by the customer and are not refunded.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. If returns are requested after this period, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund. Spirit & Grace reserves the right to refuse return of any item which is over this period.
As styles are made in limited runs, Spirit & Grace operates a strict returns policy therefore wishes that customers respect this. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.
Returns must be sent back in their original condition with all tags attached. Items of a delicate fabric must not be returned with any snags, pulls or make-up stains and may be returned back to the customer without a refund if so.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges including any additional customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel enters the UK. Any additional charges will be deducted from a refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?
We will confirm with you once we receive the products in their original condition. A refund will be made within 5 days.
Where you are not returning faulty or misdescribed products but have simply changed you mind, we may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
