Delivery and Returns
Any orders purchased will be dispatched with express delivery next working day.
Bank Holidays & Weekends are not included as working days.
If you order at the weekend your items will be dispatched on Monday.
International deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to additional duties and taxes that you may be required to pay upon your orders arrival in the destination country. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
I advise contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order for more informations about what fees to expect.
DELIVERY COSTS UNITED KINGDOM
UK standard (2-4 working days): £5.00
Orders over £100: free
Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Romania (5-12 working days): £15.00
Additional taxes may be added but you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Orders over £150: free
United States (5-8 working days): £25.00
Orders over £200: free

If you change your mind
If you wish to return an item please contact email@example.com. The returns address will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your return.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. If returns are received after this period, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund. Spirit & Grace reserves the right to refuse return of any item which is over 14 days.
Returns must be sent back in their original condition with all tags attached. Items of a delicate fabric must not be returned with any snags, pulls or make-up stains and may be returned back to the customer without a refund if so.
What if my item is faulty or not as described?

How long does it take to process a refund?
We will confirm with you once we receive the products in their original condition. A refund will be made within 5 days.
Where you are not returning faulty or misdescribed products but have simply changed you mind, we may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
You will have to pay the costs of return unless the products are faulty or not as described.
