Any orders purchased will be dispatched with express delivery next working day.
Bank Holidays & Weekends are not included as working days.
If you order at the weekend your items will be dispatched on Monday.

If you change your mind
We offer a refund for products returned to us in their original condition with all tags still attached within 28 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must return your order to us within 14 days of telling us, along with the returns form provided and return products with all tags attached to: Spirit & Grace, P.O. Box 454, Alderley Edge, Cheshire, SK9 0GP
What if my item is faulty or not as described?
We are sorry about this! We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with the contract. Please notify us by email at email@example.com or write to us at Spirit & Grace, P.O. Box 454, Alderley Edge, Cheshire, SK9 0GP with details and photographs of the product fault.
Faulty or misdescribed products must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the costs of return.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We will confirm with you once we receive the products in their original condition. A refund will be made within 14 days.
Where you are not returning faulty or misdescribed products but have simply changed you mind, we may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
We will refund delivery costs up to £5.
You will have to pay the costs of return unless the products are faulty or not as described.
